Division of tasks

PLEASE ISERT YOUR PARTIAL RESULTS HERE. OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT CHECK IF EVERYTHING IS OK, OR IF SOME PARTS WERE MISSUNDERSTOOD.

We can not invent tasks as long as we don't see intermediate results. For example, how can I suggest next tasks for the user interface if I have no idea how the first attempts look like ? :-))

• Tasks for the Wekks 1April - 16 Mai

The tasks this time concentrate on establishing the intechange formats between modules. If this is not established from the beginning, it will be very difficult to obtain a functinable system at the end.

Group1 Design of Ontology and collection of Ressources.

• Define the encoding format for the ontology (i.e. the data structure) and implement it
• provide functions which give access to the ontology (search in the data structure).

Group2 Linguistic Ressources

• built the first version of the two lexicons (english and romanian). Specify the Semantic classes.
• map the first entries (20 let's say) on the ontology concepts

Group 3 Info module

• Work still together with Group 4 and 5

Group 4 NL module

• define the intechange format with the Info Module (Group 3) and the User Interface (Group 6)
• write the processes which define this communication

Group 5 Answer Module

• define the intechange format with the Info Module (Group 3) and the User Interface (Group 6)
• write the processe which define this communication

Group 6 User interface:

• when the graphical interface is ready, try o make a dynamic update of the website: i.e the user of the NL module should know exactly (i.e from visual information) that now he can ask for example questions about Sea Shore in the domain sport): with other words, try to make clear to the user what he can do at evry moment: insert maps (for example if he clicked on Sea Shore ) than you should have somewhere in a corner an image showing the region which you are exploring now).
