Gnuplot Frontend

I am not quite sure what should happen here. But certainly we need to squeeze the statistics out of the application to get nice diagrams in our publications. Gnuplot has a "terminal" that produces tcl-code that generates the plot on a canvas widget. This could be used to get things on your X display (besides exporting the figures to any arbitrary format gnuplot has build-in, i.e. eps and png).
