Complex Patterns in Voice XML Dialogue Systems

First, we are going to see what is VoiceXML, how it does work, how the architecture of an application in VoiceXML is and what are the main important points when we have to face the development of an application in this language.

Secondly, I will show my work on this matter, which means, the development of an application about "Touristic Information about Granada". it has two sides complementary one of the other, since I started with a very simple application guiding the user totally within the dialog, and I went on making it not only more complex and wider but also more flexible, making use of much more complete mixed-initiative grammars.
