Accomodation facilitated by the organisers.

When booking your accommodation please have in mind the followings:

• Hamburg is a big city (with a diameter of 60 km !!!). Usually one should use public transportation to reach different points in nthe city. The hotels suggested by the organisers are as near as possible to the conference location
• Several events, including a major maritime fare are taking place in the week 21-27 September 2008. This is why we tried to reserve for you places in advance. However these places will be available only a limited period of time. We cannot guaranttee that beyond this deadline you will find rooms, and at a reasonable price.

We had reserved rooms till 23rd August in the following 2 hotels. Not all rooms were occupied as by 24th August 2008. so you may still have a chance to get a room. The special arrangements as Conference package! are no longer available.
