Reloading Init Scripts
Description
Each time you edit the tcl init scripts and wants to take the changes an effect you have to close the application and restart it. So: let's have a menu entryFile->Reload which reloads a yada-document.
Applying it to the standard config-document deletes all init objects from memory and reevaluates the
tcl init scripts.
