The first phase of this project - DB-MAT -

was carried out from 1993 to 1995; only German and Bulgarian language were involved. A first version of a system has been implemented.

The second phase - DBR-MAT -

included with a new partner (University of Bucharest) a new language - Romanian. Together with a new version of the translations system several tools have been implemented, mainly for acquiring the knowledge and the linguistic data.
