Registration due to 12th September 2008
- Conference fee includes:
- attendance to all conference sessions
- conference bag
- conference proceedings
- conference dinner on 22nd September 2008
- Lunch tickets are not included in the conference fee. there will be a possibility to purchase them when registering (6 Euro / Ticket)
- We DO NOT book hotels through conference, but you have the option to book a room in one of the hotels offered by the organisers at promotional prices. Please note that during the week 22 - 27 September a huge fare will take place in Hamburg and most hotels will be completely booked. For details on hotels look under Accomodation through Organisers
When Register, please consider the following:
- When making any payment please insert in the payment form your registration ID and the reamrk EAMT08. Without these it will be very difficult to us to order the payments
- Accepted Credit cards are Visa and Mastercard. An additional tax of 15 Euro will be perceived when paying with credit cards
- Cancellation till 24th August are free of charge. After 24th August but before 7 September 50% of the paid amount will be reimboursed. No reimboursement will be posssible for cancellations after 7th September.
