Where can I find TWiki::Cache that the current version requires?

Sorry, the reference to the TWiki::Cache is legacy code. I think this is only one line in the bibsearch cgi referencing it. Feel free to remove it. Minimal caching capabilities will be added to the next release of the BibtexPlugin.
